Professional Experience:
Dushyant’s passion for Rich Media and content
management started in the early days of his career,
when he was Executive Producer for U.R. Productions,
a production house specializing in TV shows. After U.R.,
he was a freelance consultant for over 5 years, advising
media companies on digital video technologies. Dushyant
co-founded his own online media company, IndiaPicture.com,
now the largest online repository of images in S.E.
Asia.

Hemant Mehta
Educational Qualification:
1992: Graduation, from Kirori Mal College,
Delhi University, Delhi.
1995: Scholarship and Diploma, in Photography
from France.
Professional Experience:
Hemant is a diploma holder in photography from “Image
Ouvert”, France. He stated his career as a Staff
Photographer at Indian Express, leading newspapers in
India. He was rated the best photographer of 1995 amongst
28000 entries from across India, subsequent to which
he was the Resident Photographer for Sigma, a Paris-based
Photo-stock agency. Hemant co-founded his own online
media company, IndiaPicture.com, now the largest online
repository of images in S.E. Asia.

and back end operation at IndiaPicture
Jeyadev Parthasarathy

Professional Experience:
Jeyadev started his career with HCL followed by Wipro
in Sales and Marketing. Since 1987 Jeyadev has been
a serial entrepreneur with years of Start-up and early
management experience in Value Line Interiors Pvt. Ltd.,
Blue Chip Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Executive Access India
Office, Quadrangle (merged with Naukri.com), Centre
for Image Management Studies and Quadrangle Consulting
Services Pvt. Ltd.
Currently Jeyadev manages Footprints (a Headhunting
and Consulting company) since 2001 and is Director at
Indcap Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Indcap and Jeyadev
have formed an angel investment and advisory team, this
team has invested in Mahatta Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. (IndiaPicture)
where Jeyadev plays an active role. Jeyadev is also
an angel investor Director in SkillSpan, and a Director
in Analec.
At IndiaPicture, Mahatta Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. Jeyadev
works on Alliances and the Off-line Business Verticals.
Mahesh Nair
Educational Qualification:

Engineering from Regional Engg. College, Trichi
Professional Experience:
Mahesh started his career with HCL Ltd. In 1986 for
4 years in Sales and Marketing. In 1990 Mahesh founded
Touchstone Syatems which worked in the Instructional
Design and e-learning domain. In 1999 Mahesh joined
GE Capital International Services to Head their e-Learning
Business Operations as a Start-up Business in the GECIS
operations. In April 2000 Mahesh joined Spectramind
as part of the Start-up Management Team where he worked
on the eLearning Business followed by VP Project and
Operations of the Mumbai Delivery Center, after which
he Headed Operations of a Fortune 10 Client across Spectramind
Delivery Centres in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. Mahesh
later headed the Reengineering Team. In 2005 Mahesh
took his next step into entrepreneurship as a Photographer
and Business Advisory Professional.
Mahesh has joined Mahatta Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. as a
Equity Partner and will be Heading the Sales and Marketing
Team with IndiaPicture.
